public class TibcoSoapActionInterceptor
extends AbstractPhaseInterceptor<SoapMessage>

Tibco Business Works uses SoapAction instead of the standard spelling SOAPAction. So this interceptor adds a SoapAction header if SOAPAction is set in protocol header
