CookieUnavailableException
InvalidInstanceException	Thrown to indicate that this LTI application is running in an unexpected instance of Canvas.
NoLtiSessionException	Thrown if a request comes in without a valid session.
OauthTokenRequiredException	To be thrown if we do not have an OAuth token for the current user.
RefreshFailedException	An exception to be thrown when we fail to refresh an OAuth token for an unexpected reason
