     "folders/[FOLDER_ID]/cmekSettings"
 Example: `"organizations/12345/cmekSettings"`.
 Note: CMEK for the Logs Router can currently only be configured for GCP
 organizations. Once configured, it applies to all projects and folders in
 the GCP organization.
