Class EventType

    • Method Detail

      • name

        public final String name()

        The event type name.

        Returns:
        The event type name.
      • description

        public final String description()

        The event type description.

        Returns:
        The event type description.
      • hasEventVariables

        public final boolean hasEventVariables()
        For responses, this returns true if the service returned a value for the EventVariables property. This DOES NOT check that the value is non-empty (for which, you should check the isEmpty() method on the property). This is useful because the SDK will never return a null collection or map, but you may need to differentiate between the service returning nothing (or null) and the service returning an empty collection or map. For requests, this returns true if a value for the property was specified in the request builder, and false if a value was not specified.
      • eventVariables

        public final List<String> eventVariables()

        The event type event variables.

        Attempts to modify the collection returned by this method will result in an UnsupportedOperationException.

        This method will never return null. If you would like to know whether the service returned this field (so that you can differentiate between null and empty), you can use the hasEventVariables() method.

        Returns:
        The event type event variables.
      • hasLabels

        public final boolean hasLabels()
        For responses, this returns true if the service returned a value for the Labels property.
      • labels

        public final List<String> labels()

        The event type labels.

        Attempts to modify the collection returned by this method will result in an UnsupportedOperationException.

        This method will never return null. If you would like to know whether the service returned this field (so that you can differentiate between null and empty), you can use the hasLabels() method.

        Returns:
        The event type labels.
      • hasEntityTypes

        public final boolean hasEntityTypes()
        For responses, this returns true if the service returned a value for the EntityTypes property.
      • entityTypes

        public final List<String> entityTypes()

        The event type entity types.

        Attempts to modify the collection returned by this method will result in an UnsupportedOperationException.

        This method will never return null. If you would like to know whether the service returned this field (so that you can differentiate between null and empty), you can use the hasEntityTypes() method.

        Returns:
        The event type entity types.
      • eventIngestion

        public final EventIngestion eventIngestion()

        If Enabled, Amazon Fraud Detector stores event data when you generate a prediction and uses that data to update calculated variables in near real-time. Amazon Fraud Detector uses this data, known as INGESTED_EVENTS, to train your model and improve fraud predictions.

        If the service returns an enum value that is not available in the current SDK version, eventIngestion will return EventIngestion.UNKNOWN_TO_SDK_VERSION. The raw value returned by the service is available from eventIngestionAsString().

        Returns:
        If Enabled, Amazon Fraud Detector stores event data when you generate a prediction and uses that data to update calculated variables in near real-time. Amazon Fraud Detector uses this data, known as INGESTED_EVENTS, to train your model and improve fraud predictions.
