ResolverRule.Builder targetIps(Consumer<TargetAddress.Builder>... targetIps)

An array that contains the IP addresses and ports that an outbound endpoint forwards DNS queries to. Typically, these are the IP addresses of DNS resolvers on your network.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the TargetAddress.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via TargetAddress.builder() .

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to #targetIps(List).
