Method Detail
-
hasTableNames
public final boolean hasTableNames()
For responses, this returns true if the service returned a value for the TableNames property. This DOES NOT check that the value is non-empty (for which, you should check theisEmpty()method on the property). This is useful because the SDK will never return a null collection or map, but you may need to differentiate between the service returning nothing (or null) and the service returning an empty collection or map. For requests, this returns true if a value for the property was specified in the request builder, and false if a value was not specified.
-
tableNames
public final List<String> tableNames()
The names of the tables associated with the current account at the current endpoint. The maximum size of this array is 100.
If
LastEvaluatedTableNamealso appears in the output, you can use this value as theExclusiveStartTableNameparameter in a subsequentListTablesrequest and obtain the next page of results.Attempts to modify the collection returned by this method will result in an UnsupportedOperationException.
This method will never return null. If you would like to know whether the service returned this field (so that you can differentiate between null and empty), you can use the
hasTableNames()method.- Returns:
- The names of the tables associated with the current account at the current endpoint. The maximum size of
this array is 100.
If
LastEvaluatedTableNamealso appears in the output, you can use this value as theExclusiveStartTableNameparameter in a subsequentListTablesrequest and obtain the next page of results.
-
lastEvaluatedTableName
public final String lastEvaluatedTableName()
The name of the last table in the current page of results. Use this value as the
ExclusiveStartTableNamein a new request to obtain the next page of results, until all the table names are returned.If you do not receive a
LastEvaluatedTableNamevalue in the response, this means that there are no more table names to be retrieved.- Returns:
- The name of the last table in the current page of results. Use this value as the
ExclusiveStartTableNamein a new request to obtain the next page of results, until all the table names are returned.If you do not receive a
LastEvaluatedTableNamevalue in the response, this means that there are no more table names to be retrieved.
