避免使用已淘汰的 AppManagementBaseFactory 方法

此規則會標示是否使用中已淘汰的方法 com.ibm.websphere.management.application.AppManagementBaseFactory 類別。

已淘汰的方法包括：

• public static java.lang.String getTempExtractDir()
• public static AppManagement createLocalAppManagementImpl()
• public static AppManagement createLocalAppManagementImpl (String wasRoot)
• public static void initMBean (String configRoot, String cellName, String nodeName, String processName)

針對 createLocalAppManagementImpl 方法，在上使用 static 方法 AppManagementProxy 類別。

請勿使用 getTempExtractDir 和 initMBean 方法。
