Specific rules exist for some WebLogic package references. This rule detects the use of any other WebLogic package references that are not covered by those rules. These references must be reviewed and converted appropriately for use on WebSphere traditional or Liberty.

For WebLogic package references that are not handled by other rules or automated fixes, a manual migration is required.
