Common Event Infrastructure API

This rule flags APIs from the com.ibm.events packages.

These APIs are not provided on Liberty. They were marked as deprecated in traditional WebSphere Application Server V8.5 and removed in V9.0.

For applications that require event-based models, use Service Integration Bus (SIBus). Design new applications using SIBus-provided APIs for sending and receiving events. See package com.ibm.websphere.sib.api.jms for the Java documentation for the SIBus APIs.
