Avoid using the deprecated elements in the IFilterConfig interface

This rule flags the use of the deprecated elements in the interface com.ibm.websphere.servlet.filter.IFilterConfig . The following elements were deprecated in WebSphere Version 8.0:

Deprecated fields:

• FILTER_ERROR
• FILTER_FORWARD
• FILTER_INCLUDE
• FILTER_REQUEST

Deprecated methods:

• void setDispatchMode(int[] dispatchMode)
