Avoid using the deprecated elements in the EditionInfo class

This rule flags the use of the deprecated elements in the class com.ibm.websphere.management.application.EditionInfo . The following elements were deprecated in WebSphere Version 8.0:

Deprecated constructors:

• EditionInfo(java.lang.String compositeName, java.lang.String cellName)

Deprecated fields:

• STATE_ACTIVE
• STATE_INACTIVE
• STATE_VALIDATE

Deprecated methods:

• public java.lang.String getEditionState()
• public void setEditionState(java.lang.String state)
