Avoid using the deprecated AppConstants fields

This rule flags the use of the deprecated fields in the com.ibm.websphere.management.application.AppConstants class.

Deprecated fields include:

• APPDPL_DEFAULT_DEST_URI
• APPDPL_EJB3_PROD_SHORT_NAME_KEY
• APPDPL_EJB3_BINDING_TASK
• APPDPL_META_CELL_NAME
• APPDPL_EJB3_PROD_SHORT_NAME_VALUE
• APPDPL_CURR_URI
• APPDPL_MODULE_NAME

These fields were introduced in the Feature Pack for EJB 3.0 but are no longer used.
