Avoid using the deprecated servlet cache MetaDataGenerator initialize method

This rule flags the following deprecated servlet cache MetaDataGenerator method:

• com.ibm.websphere.servlet.cache.MetaDataGenerator.initialize(CacheConfig)

This method was deprecated in WebSphere Application Server Version 5.0 and might be removed in a future release.
