Avoid using the deprecated management removeNotificationListenerExtended methods

This rule flags the following deprecated methods:

• com.ibm.websphere.management.AdminService.removeNotificationListenerExtended(NotificationListener)
• com.ibm.websphere.management.AdminClient.removeNotificationListenerExtended(NotificationListener)

These methods were deprecated in WebSphere Application Server Version 5.0.1 and might be removed in a future release.

Both methods should be replaced with the removeNotificationListenerExtended(ObjectName,NotificationListener) method in its respective interface.
