Avoid using the deprecated PMI statistic classes

This rule flags the following classes:

• com.ibm.websphere.pmi.stat.JCAStatsImpl
• com.ibm.websphere.pmi.stat.JDBCConnectionPoolStatsImpl
• com.ibm.websphere.pmi.stat.JDBCConnectionStatsImpl

These classes were deprecated in WebSphere Application Server Version 6.0 and might be removed in a future release.

All of the classes have replacements in the WS* statistics interfaces in the same package.
