Avoid using the deprecated management NestedAdminException class

This rule flags the following deprecated exception class:

• com.ibm.websphere.management.exception.NestedAdminException

This exception class was deprecated in WebSphere Application Server Version 6.0 and might be removed in a future release.

Use AdminException instead.
