Avoid using the deprecated security LoginHelper class

This rule flags the use of the deprecated WebSphere class: com.ibm.ws.security.util.LoginHelper . This class was deprecated in Version 6.1 and might be removed in a future release. There is no replacement for this class and users should migrate to the Java Authentication and Authorization Service (JAAS) programming model.
