The org.apache.wink.common.model.atom package is not available

The org.apache.wink.common.model.atom package is not available to Java API for RESTful Web Services (JAX-RS) applications that use the WebSphere Application Server Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (Java EE) 7 JAX-RS 2.0 implementation.
