Check for the Hibernate framework

This rule flags the use of Hibernate Java™ packages so that you can verify that the Hibernate jar file is included with your application. There is also a separate XML rule to check specific <hibernate-configuration> properties so that you can verify that your application is configured correctly for WebSphere Application Server.
