WebLogic a utilizat Kodo în loc de OpenJPA pentru implementarea sa de furnizor JPA 1.0. Această regulă detectează kodo.* proprietăți. Pentru proprietățile Kodo care au un echivalent OpenJPA, o corecție automată va converti kodo.* pentru a deschidejpa.* proprietăți. Proprietăţi în fişierele Java Proprietăţile Kodo pot fi specificate într-un fişier Java
unde numele proprietăţii este un literal String.
De exemplu, va fi semnalat următorul cod: Proprietăţile Kodo pot fi specificate în fişierele persistence.xml,care trebuie să fie localizate în folderul META-INF.
