Evitare di utilizzare le classi statistiche PMI obsolete

Queste classi sono state rese obsolete in WebSphere Application Server Versione 6.0 e potrebbero essere rimosse in una release futura.

Tutte le classi hanno sostituzioni nelle interfacce statistiche WS* nello stesso package.
