EXtensible Stylesheet Language (XSLT) 2.x is unavailable

This rule flags the following references in the *.xsl and *.xslt files:

• <stylesheet>version="2.x"</stylesheet>
• <transform>version="2.x"</transform>

EXtensible Stylesheet Language (XSLT) 1.0 is supported in all WebSphere Application Server editions. If your application requires an XSLT 2.0 processor, you can place the corresponding XSLT 2.0 implementation JAR files in a location that is visible to the application classloader, such as in the WEB-INF/lib directory. Ensure that the version of the XSLT implementation corresponds to the version that is specified in your .xsl or .xslt transformation file.
