J2EE Management API is unavailable

This rule flags Java code that has references to the following packages:

• javax.management.j2ee
• javax.management.j2ee.statistics

The J2EE Management API is supported in all WebSphere Application Server editions except Liberty Core. If your application is deployed to Liberty, you must enable the j2eeManagement-1.1 feature.
