Web Services Metadata for the Java Platform is unavailable

This rule flags Java code that has references to the following classes:

• javax.jws.WebService
• javax.jws.WebMethod
• javax.jws.OneWay
• javax.jws.WebParam
• javax.jws.WebResult
• javax.jws.HandlerChain
• javax.jws.soap.SOAPBinding

Web Services Metadata for the Java Platform specification is supported by the JAX-WS feature, which is available in all WebSphere Application Server editions except Liberty Core. If your application is deployed to Liberty, you must enable the jaxws-2.2 feature in your server configuration.
