Blueprint is unavailable

This rule flags Java code that has references to the org.osgi.framework package as well as various uses of Blueprint in XML files within an applications OSGI-INF folder.

Open Liberty does not support the Blueprint technology. If your application depends on this technology consider migrating your application to WebSphere Liberty instead where support for this technology exists. However, this technology is stabilized in WebSphere Liberty so consider moving to a different programming model in the future.
