 *  `Flow.transition_routes.trigger_fulfillment.messages`
 *  `Flow.transition_routes.trigger_fulfillment.conditional_cases`
 If not specified, the agent's default language is used.

 are supported.
 Note: languages must be enabled in the agent before they can be used.
