        For the CloudWatch alarm that you want Route 53 health checkers to use to determine whether this health check is healthy, the region that the alarm was created in.

        If the service returns an enum value that is not available in the current SDK version, region will return CloudWatchRegion.UNKNOWN_TO_SDK_VERSION. The raw value returned by the service is available from regionAsString().
