Parameters:

resourceArn - The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the Proton resource to apply customer tags to.

Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to #tags(List).
