This is a convenience method that creates an instance of theOriginSslProtocols.Builder avoiding the
need to create one manually via OriginSslProtocols.builder().
When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its
result is passed to originSslProtocols(OriginSslProtocols).
