public class ShouldBeEqualIgnoringSeconds
extends BasicErrorMessageFactory

Creates an error message indicating that an assertion that verifies that two ZonedDateTime have same year, month, day, hour and minute failed. Creates an error message indicating that an assertion that verifies that :

• two ZonedDateTime, LocalDateTime have same year, month, day, hour and minute failed.
• two LocalTime have same hour and minute failed.
• two OffsetTime have same hour and minute failed.
